1. Definitions

"Service" refers to the Invoify web application, API, and related services provided at invoify.com and app.invoify.com.

"User" refers to any individual or business entity that creates an account to use the Service.

"We", "Us", "Our" refers to Invoify Ltd.

2. Account Terms

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Payment Terms

The Free plan is available at no cost with usage limitations. Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful invoicing purposes. You may not use the Service to send fraudulent invoices, spam, or any content that violates applicable UK law.

5. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
