Getting Started

How do I create my first invoice?

Go to your dashboard, click "New Invoice", add your client and line items, then click Send. See our Getting Started guide for a full walkthrough.

Do I need to register for VAT to use Invoify?

No. Invoify works for both VAT-registered and non-VAT-registered businesses. If you're not VAT registered, simply use the Exempt rate.

Billing

What's the difference between Free and Pro?

Free includes 7 contacts, 7 products, and a £1,200/month billing cap. Pro gives you unlimited everything plus recurring invoices, auto reminders, and scheduled sends.

Can I cancel my Pro subscription?

Yes, cancel anytime from Settings > Subscription. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.

Invoicing

Can I send credit notes?

Yes. Create a credit note from any existing invoice to issue a partial or full refund with proper VAT adjustments.

How do recurring invoices work?

Set a schedule (weekly, monthly, etc.) and Invoify automatically generates and optionally sends invoices on your behalf. Pro plan required.
