From the editor or invoice detail page, click the send button. A composition modal opens with pre-filled fields.

The To field is pre-filled with your client's email. Subject and body are auto-generated with invoice details. Edit anything you like.

Add recipients

Add CC or BCC addresses using the chip input. Toggle "Send copy to self" to get a copy in your inbox.

Send

Hit send. Invoify generates the PDF, attaches it to the email, and delivers it. The invoice status updates to "Sent" automatically.
