Setting Up Your Account

Welcome to Invoify

After signing up, here's what to set up first:

Your Profile

Go to Settings > Personal to add your name and contact details.

Business Information

Under Settings > Billing Info, add your:

• Business name
• Registered address
• VAT registration number (if applicable)
• Company registration number

Invoice Template

Visit Settings > Templates to customise your invoice appearance — logo, colours, layout.

Tax Rates

Invoify comes with UK VAT rates pre-configured. You can add custom tax rates under Tax Rates if needed.
