Plans Overview

Invoify offers two plans:

Free Plan

  • Unlimited invoices — no invoice count limit
  • 7 contacts and 7 products
  • £1,200/month billing cap (with 7-day grace period)
  • 5 emails per month
  • PDF export and late payment calculator
  • Invoify watermark on invoices

Pro Plan

  • Everything unlimited — contacts, products, billing, emails
  • Recurring invoices with automatic delivery
  • Automatic payment reminders
  • OCR expense capture
  • Scheduled sends
  • No watermark
  • Priority support

Billing Periods

Pro is available in four billing periods:

  • Monthly — £9.99/month
  • Quarterly — £8.99/month (billed £26.97 every 3 months)
  • Biannual — £7.99/month (billed £47.94 every 6 months)
  • Annual — £7.99/month (billed £95.88 per year)

Tip: Annual billing saves you up to 20% compared to monthly.

Upgrading to Pro

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription or click any upgrade prompt
  2. You'll be redirected to the checkout page
  3. Select your preferred billing period
  4. Enter your payment details (powered by Stripe)
  5. Your Pro features activate immediately

Billing Cap (Free Plan)

The Free plan includes a £1,200/month billing cap:

  • Only Invoice and Debit Note types count towards the cap
  • Credit notes do not reduce the cap
  • When the cap is first reached, a 7-day grace period begins
  • After the grace period, you cannot issue new invoices until the monthly reset
  • The cap resets on the 1st of each month

Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time:

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period
  4. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan
  5. No data is lost — all your invoices and contacts are preserved
