Plans Overview
Invoify offers two plans:
Free Plan
- Unlimited invoices — no invoice count limit
- 7 contacts and 7 products
- £1,200/month billing cap (with 7-day grace period)
- 5 emails per month
- PDF export and late payment calculator
- Invoify watermark on invoices
Pro Plan
- Everything unlimited — contacts, products, billing, emails
- Recurring invoices with automatic delivery
- Automatic payment reminders
- OCR expense capture
- Scheduled sends
- No watermark
- Priority support
Billing Periods
Pro is available in four billing periods:
- Monthly — £9.99/month
- Quarterly — £8.99/month (billed £26.97 every 3 months)
- Biannual — £7.99/month (billed £47.94 every 6 months)
- Annual — £7.99/month (billed £95.88 per year)
Tip: Annual billing saves you up to 20% compared to monthly.
Upgrading to Pro
- Go to Settings > Subscription or click any upgrade prompt
- You'll be redirected to the checkout page
- Select your preferred billing period
- Enter your payment details (powered by Stripe)
- Your Pro features activate immediately
Billing Cap (Free Plan)
The Free plan includes a £1,200/month billing cap:
- Only Invoice and Debit Note types count towards the cap
- Credit notes do not reduce the cap
- When the cap is first reached, a 7-day grace period begins
- After the grace period, you cannot issue new invoices until the monthly reset
- The cap resets on the 1st of each month
Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time:
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period
- After that, your account reverts to the Free plan
- No data is lost — all your invoices and contacts are preserved
