Managing Your Account
Account Settings
Manage your Invoify account from the Settings page in the dashboard.
Personal Information
Under Settings > Personal, you can update:
- First name and last name
- Phone number
- Language preference
- Timezone
Note: Your email address is linked to your account and cannot be changed from this section. Contact support if you need to update it.
Business Information
Under Settings > Billing Info, configure your business details that appear on invoices:
- Entity type: Individual, Company, or Other
- Business name (or your full name if sole trader)
- Registered address
- Phone number
- Tax ID (UTR or Company Number)
- VAT number (if VAT-registered)
- Email address for invoice correspondence
These details auto-fill the Bill From section on every new invoice.
Security
Under Settings > Security:
- Change password: Enter current password and set a new one
- Connected accounts: Manage linked social login providers (Google)
- Active sessions: View and revoke login sessions
Template & Branding
Under Settings > Template & Branding:
- Select your default invoice template
- Upload or configure your logo
- Set default accent colours
- These defaults apply to all new invoices
Subscription
Under Settings > Subscription:
- View your current plan (Free or Pro)
- See usage limits and current usage
- Upgrade to Pro or change billing period
- Cancel subscription (end-of-period grace)
