Managing Your Account

Account Settings

Manage your Invoify account from the Settings page in the dashboard.

Personal Information

Under Settings > Personal, you can update:

  • First name and last name
  • Phone number
  • Language preference
  • Timezone

Note: Your email address is linked to your account and cannot be changed from this section. Contact support if you need to update it.

Business Information

Under Settings > Billing Info, configure your business details that appear on invoices:

  • Entity type: Individual, Company, or Other
  • Business name (or your full name if sole trader)
  • Registered address
  • Phone number
  • Tax ID (UTR or Company Number)
  • VAT number (if VAT-registered)
  • Email address for invoice correspondence

These details auto-fill the Bill From section on every new invoice.

Security

Under Settings > Security:

  • Change password: Enter current password and set a new one
  • Connected accounts: Manage linked social login providers (Google)
  • Active sessions: View and revoke login sessions

Template & Branding

Under Settings > Template & Branding:

  • Select your default invoice template
  • Upload or configure your logo
  • Set default accent colours
  • These defaults apply to all new invoices

Subscription

Under Settings > Subscription:

  • View your current plan (Free or Pro)
  • See usage limits and current usage
  • Upgrade to Pro or change billing period
  • Cancel subscription (end-of-period grace)
